Roger Burks is a CPA with over 40 years of business experience, including over 20 years with Deloitte and 20 years of experience as a senior executive in various industries.
Mr. Burks experience also includes serving on both Public and Private Boards, funding new ventures and founding two management consulting firms. He serves as a Private Equity Board Observer and Board Advisor for various private companies. He is an Advisory Board Member of the NACD Tri-City Chapter, a recognized National Association of Corporate Directors Board Fellow, and a founding member of the Private Directors Association. He also received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Houston Chapter of CPAs in 2020.
