Katy is a member of the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division and has over 30 years of experience managing legal department administration for public companies trading on the New York Stock Exchange. She specializes in incentive plan administration and securities compliance, including U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s EDGAR Next and NYSE Listing Manager reporting requirements, management of transfer agents such as Computershare, employee benefit platform administration such as Fidelity Plan Sponsor WebStation (PSW®). Katy also supported other functional and business operations groups through her in-depth experience supporting real estate, maritime, M&A, corporate, and securities lawyers.
She brings strong expertise in Global Mobility and immigration, serving as a subject matter expert while advising all domestic and international divisions and coordinating seamlessly with external legal partners. Managed government ITAR registration and database of officers and directors.
