AerMill Solutions, LLC was founded in 2001 to serve the Houston market with business process solutions following the collapse of Enron. After 15 years of dormancy from 2005 to 2020, it has been revitalized to serve the global market in response to the way business continues to evolve following the COVID-19 pandemic.

AerMill Solutions, LLC is not a law firm, consulting firm, CPA firm, accounting firm, search firm, recruiting firm, employment agency, or professional employer organization. Other than Joe Bill Whittenburg, no Network Member has any direct or indirect beneficial interest or ownership in AerMill Solutions, LLC or the results of its operations. Our Network Members are participants in a professional network only, and do not have any rights or obligations as they pertain to AerMill Solutions, LLC.  Network Members are not partners, shareholders, or members of AerMill Solutions, LLC, or any other type of equity owner as defined under the Texas Business Organizations Code or other law. Network Members provide services independently of AerMill Solutions, LLC, and it does not share, have an interest in, or otherwise participate, in fees or other compensation received by Network Members.
